Redeploy Your Recyclables is a national effort being held the month of May—officially designated as Military Appreciation Month—to help service members who have been wounded in combat.
MidCountry Bank, Pioneer Services and Heights Finance, all part of the MidCountry Financial Corp. family, have organized a nationwide electronics recycling campaign to benefit combat-injured service members.
The Redeploy Your Recyclables campaign is asking individuals and organizations to help collect and donated old electronics, which can be recycled and then turned into cash.
USA Cares Inc., a non-profit that helps combat wounded service members, will receive between $1.00 and $250.00 for each item of value donated, with all remaining items disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Everyone has old electronics lying around the house or office. Why not get rid of them and help a service member in need at the same time?
